Psychotherapy and Counselling
For everyone there comes a time in their life when they face difficult situations. The people they normally turn to for help are not around.
If you are going through a difficult or challenging time in your life it might help to talk to a professional counsellor
Many times people just need a private space. The time to explore their thoughts and feelings. An opportunity to express themselves without being judged.
I can offer time and space in an environment where you’ll be supported. Safe enough to explore difficult issues if you want to.
My aim as a counsellor is to help you achieve a more fulfilled life. Sometimes negative feelings and behaviours can get in the way of this. We can look at ways of helping you feel or think differently about your life and therefore help change the negative behaviours.
I hope my site will help you to decide if I can help you. If you have any questions about my form of counselling. I’m just a phone call away.
If I don’t feel I can help. I can certainly direct you to someone who can.
